Review of 1ShoppingCart reveals how it works for an actual user

If your business sells anything on a website, one of the most important tools you'll need is a shopping cart. You can find all kinds of shopping carts with a wide range of features at a wide range of prices.

I know. I spent weeks studying every shopping cart solution out there when the cheapie shopping cart my first client was trying to get by with started drawing complaints from customers for dropped sales and error messages.

After careful research and comparison, I chose 1ShoppingCart. And I've used it on every site on which I've needed a shopping cart ever since.

Why I chose 1ShoppingCart

Stable order processing

Ultimately, what sold me on 1ShoppingCart was the fact that it has proven extremely stable in processing orders. We have had fewer complaints in years of using 1ShoppingCart than my client would have in a typical month with the cheapie shopping cart we used to use.

1ShoppingCart makes a lot of things like this possible by integrating tools that normally come separately. Believe me, it's a lot easier to work with one tool than with three or four! At it's highest level, 1ShoppingCart is a pretty comprehensive ecommerce solution. And even at the starter level, it'll do everything you can ask of a shopping cart—and more.

Starter level features

Even at the starter level you get a shopping cart program that does all the following:

• Tracks your inventory if you want it to do so
• Automatically calculates shipping for you on each sale, including real-time UPS and USPS shipping calculations
• Lets you accept real-time credit card payment through the gateway of your choice or lets you process your credit card payments offline
• Lets you customize your shopping cart pages to match the design of your website
• Lets you set up automated recurring billing
• Tracks the effectiveness of your ads with its powerful ad tracking system

Maybe the starter level is all you need. Personally, I prefer the using the full assortment of tools. It's been a long time since I've used 1ShoppingCart at the starter level. But when I did, I found even the starter level to be way better than most of the other shopping cart I found.

And at the higher levels, the additional tools available are downright amazing:

• Unlimited autoresponders
• Ability to create custom forms for your site
• Ability to publish your email newsletter or ezine
• Ability to send broadcast emails to your client base
• Powerful and effective affiliate program management system

That means you're getting an extra five tools built right in and working together. Compare that to buying all those tools separately and then trying to get them to work together. Believe me, it's a lot easier to work with one tool instead of six.

Easy to upgrade

Even if you're not ready to use the more advanced features right now, the basic shopping cart is powerful and reliable. And when you're ready to make use of some of the advanced—and very profitable tools—just click the upgrade button and all of those extra tools become part of your shopping cart with no work required to add them on.

No technical issues to deal with

As a matter of fact, there's no software to deal with at all. The actual shopping cart program resides on 1Shopping Cart's servers; their staff deals with all the technical stuff. All you do is add your products to the database.

Easy interface to work with

The interface you work with is easy to learn. With so many valuable website tools at your fingertips, though, you can expect it will take a little to learn how to use all its features.

But it's simple enough to learn one tool at a time and build up until you're making use of everything.

Actually, I recommend that, unless you're ready to get into significant use of autoresponders or create your own affiliate program right away, you start your 1ShoppingCart at the starter level.

It will give you a chance to work your way into using all of its tools at your own speed. Then, when you're ready to step up into the more advanced tools, you're only a button click away from adding them to your ecommerce program.

Extensive documentation makes it easy to learn

And as far as learning how to use these tools, 1ShoppingCart goes well beyond the norm in helping you. Not only does it have extensive manuals, but they are building a separate training site filled with training videos to help you master every task you could conceivably want to do with your 1ShoppingCart ecommerce solution.

A multitude of tools at a price you'd normally pay for each

And most surprising about 1ShoppingCart is that it bundles all these tools together. You end up paying a price that you would usually pay for each one—separately. Now that's a bargain!

And the most basic level, 1ShoppingCart is priced at about half of what you'd pay for a shopping cart with similar power and reliability and none of the extra website tools integrated into it.

If you want a shopping cart that makes your business easier, I know of no better way to go than 1ShoppingCart.
