Review of "Make Your Price Sell! The Master Course"
Can a free ebook really uncover any secrets about pricing your products to maximize your profits?
Pricing scares the living daylights out of many new business owners. "How do I know I'm not pricing my products too high?" "How do I know I'm not pricing my products too low?"
"Make Your Price Sell! The Master Course" is a free ebook that covers the strategies that seasoned professionals use to set their pricing.
Now, it you read that sentence carefully, you probably noticed the word FREE.
Free can be good. It can mean no cost, no risk, a no-brainer to pick up.
Free can also be bad. It can mean junk. It can mean something thrown together with little to no content -- a waste of time.
Your time is valuable. I don't want to waste it.
So which kind of free is "Make Your Price Sell! The Master Course"? Is it junk? Or is it a no-brainer to pick up?
What impressed me
"Make Your Price Sell! The Master Class" wastes no time in lifting the veil of mystery from price setting. It shoots down common myths. For example, it shoots down the myth that such a thing exists as a "right" or "perfect" price.
It reveals the different key pricing strategies and what factors go into deciding which strategy fits your goals best.
And if you're like most new business owners and still don't have a clear focus on your goals, "Make Your Price Sell! The Master Class" sits you down with questions you can ask yourself to help identify the goals that will determine your best pricing strategy.
Is "Make Your Price Sell! The Master Class" strictly for beginners, though? No. Even if you have your goals clearly set, there's plenty of pricing secrets revealed.
It reveals psychological secrets that top marketers know about what numbers seem to be almost magical in triggering decisions to buy.
Its very generous 53 pages are filled with pricing secrets. I picked up things I didn't know from it even though I've been making my living in Internet marketing for over five years.
What could be better in it
In a couple of places, "Make Your Price Sell! The Master Class" referred to advanced tips, like charts, graphs, and formulas, that you could apply directly to your products.
Alas, those advanced tips are not in "Make Your Price Sell! The Master Class." They're part of a more advanced version of the ebook that gives an extensive process and scientific tools for identifying a price that fits both your goals and your target audience.
But realistically, there's no way you can expect the level of detail that the advanced version supplies in a free ebook. Frankly, I'm amazed that the free version contains as much gold as it does.
Is "Make Your Price Sell! The Master Class" right for you?
I have no question that getting this book for free represents a great value. Like I said before, I learned some things from it that I hadn't known.
When you finish this ebook, you'll be a lot better prepared to set your prices in a way that gives you much better profits than if you simply went at it by guesswork.
The only reason I can see for not downloading this free ebook is if you want to jump right into the scientific process for determining prices that the advanced book shows you. You can't go wrong either way.
If you download the free ebook, you'll gain a better understanding of what goes into pricing your products. If you pick up the advanced version, you'll get all the details that SiteSell spent months developing to maximize profits on their own products.
Either way, you'll price your products far more effectively than before.
I rate it a 10 out of 10
Helping you become the successful business owner you want to be.
